I am Currently in need of a Global Moderator, Regular Moderator, and a Graphics Creator.

Staff Positions and their Tasks:

Admin - The administrator has complete control of the site.Their word is final, and should not be challenged.

Global Mod - These are the most respected members of the site. All major probles will be handed over to them, and if it is beyond their control, they will contact the admin with this problem.
Powers: Acepting Characters, dealing with member's problems, plus banning and deleting members as a form of punishment. They also can edit the headers and footers and main settings.

Regular Mods- The regular mods are the police force of the site. They moniter members and will contact global mods if there are problems or fights with members. They should be fair and respectful of members, and deserve the same courtesy from the members.
Powers: They are able to accept bios, put bios on for adoption if a player quits, host and moniter activity checks, reply to advertisements on the site, and give warnings to the members. All warnings that are given out must be reported to the Global Mod so that they know of upcoing bans and punishments.

Graphics Creator - This staff member is one of the most important members of the site. They make graphics and skins that make Xaveron truly unique. A new skin should be made at least once every few months to make the site look fresh, and will make graphics to go with the skins.
Powers: Has all the powers of the Regular Mods, plus is allowed to edit skins and headers and footers. (must have permission to edit headers and footer codes by admin though)
